The issue that was causing delays in generating the purchase order files has been resolved. All the PO files have been generated and you will be able to retrieve them according to your standard retrieval process.

All Borderfree services are online and fully operational.

We are continuing to investigate this issue.

Investigating
Customers are able to place the orders. However, we are experiencing an issue creating the PO file. Once we fix the issue, the POs for all the orders will be created. Issue started at 1:04 UTC.
